okay well im a girl [age15] im a latina
naturaly by body is as follows..
1.nice big thighs.
2.small waist
and i like being a little thick but no lovehandles..
and now ive been noticing that im loosing my thighs/legs..i mean they are super skinny and when i lift my leg like its all skin
and it bothers me ALOT.. what can i do to make them bigger? i have the bowflex power pro here at home..
what should i eat..
how much should i excersise??

As for diet, stay away from soda, juice, sweetened teas and coffees, sugary cereals, and candy. Also cut back as much as possible on bread, rice and pasta. Anything with ‘white’ in the name you should avoid. ‘Brown’ and ‘whole wheat’ is good. Try to drink a lot of water and try to eat smaller meals more often as opposed to just two or three larger meals.
I think you should try the diet first and see how you feel. You can try any exercise on the Bowflex also, but diet is a more important start to getting healthy and losing fat.
