which is better the bowflex or free weight lifting?
i currently have a bowflex home gym and a couple of fee weights. i was wondering if i will benefit more from the bowflex or free weights because i run long distance for track and cross country and yea i just needed to know which one is better for me.

Free weights are best, machines have their place especially for beginners and some isolation exercises but free weights use more muscles, both the targeted muscle for your chosen exercises and the stabiliser muscles as well.
